Delivery Information
Most of our lights are ordered in especially for you which means a wider range and fresher stock, with a short lead time before dispatch.
Lead times
Once your order is placed, we order it from our supplier right away. Our standard lead time before dispatch is 5-7 working days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a DPD tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. From there, DPD typically deliver the next working day.
If an item has an unexpectedly longer lead time, we'll contact you by email before dispatch to let you know and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Tracking your order
All orders are dispatched with DPD. You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number at checkout) so you can follow your parcel and choose a convenient delivery window. If you're not in when DPD call, they'll give you options to rearrange, redirect to a neighbour, or collect from a local pickup point.
Large & fragile items
Some larger items particularly chandeliers and oversized floor lamps may require additional packaging or handling. We'll contact you if this affects your order before dispatch.
